The Faculty of Health and Well-being hosts to the School of Nursing and Midwifery which is the largest School in the University and home to more than 2250 undergraduate and postgraduate learners. We have been ranked number one in in Greater Manchester and number two in the North West for student satisfaction (Complete University Guide). The School of Nursing and Midwifery, offers a wide range of provision that includes Pre-registration Nursing for direct entry and apprenticeship learners including, Adult, Child, Mental Health, Midwifery, Nursing Associate, Operating Department Practice, Community and Public Health Nursing, Non-Medical Prescribing, and many continuing professional development programmes.
