I have an academic background of 5 years, initially as a lecturer in nursing education, then Programme Lead of the Part Time Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship programme, and now School Apprenticeship Manager. My main responsibilities include recruitment for apprenticeship programmes within the School of Nursing and Midwifery, alongside ensuring quality and compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulatory bodies.
