Sian is a Paediatric Nurse who was awarded "Most Inspirational Student Nurse for Children and Young People" at Middlesex University and was a finalist for "Outstanding Contributions to Student Affairs" award and the winner for the "Most Inspirational Student Nurse of the year" at the SNTA 2021. Besides being a nurse, she is also a newly qualified and professional transformational life coach, where she helps develop and support individuals who are in need of improving and redefining different areas of their lives. Prior to qualifying, she took on various roles such as Student Voice Leader, Student Learning Assistant, 150 Leaders, SHAREDIN (Student Healthcare Academic Race Equality Diversity Inclusivity Network) and more, also having international reach. As a professional nurse and coach, she continues her passion to inspire, support and encourage many people through her work such as blogging, poetry, spoken words and mentoring.
