Ifrah Salih is a Senior Lecturer in Academic Development and Inclusivity at Sheffield Hallam University. Ifrah has a keen interest in race equity and is the founder and leader of the Nursing and Midwifery Minoritised (NMM) group. Her interest has led her to undertaking a Doctorate to explore the transition experience for minoritised student nurses into university. Currently Ifrah is leading initiatives to support the dismantling of the degree awarding gap at Sheffield Hallam University. These include the development of minoritised student groups in most department within the institution.
