Hello, my name is Gail Goddard. I have worked as a Registered Nurse, District Nurse Team Manager, Specialist Community Practice Teacher, Practice Supervisor and Assessor and General Practice Nurse and then having worked for 40 years in the NHS I decided to retire. I now work part time as a Senior Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University in High Wycombe as part of the community nursing team teaching professional specialist practice to District Nurse, Health Visitors and School Nurses and Public Health to undergraduate students. I am also the Inclusion Lead for the team supporting our neurodiverse students with their studies and in practice. I am a very proud Queen’s Nurse. Outside of work I enjoy being a grandma and have also been a volunteer Leader with Girl Guiding for over 40 years.
