Phoebe is a lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Southampton and is a previous award winner of the post-registration learner category. Phoebe’s teaching and research centre around public health, with a particular emphasis on health behaviour change. Phoebe also plays an important international role in student admissions and exchange programmes. Having undertaken her PhD overseas, she is passionate about encouraging nurses to seek global experiences to enhance their practice.
