Dawn is the Deputy Director in Nursing and Midwifery at the University of Salford. Her role enables her to support staff in their professional and academic development as well as promoting a culture conducive to balanced health and wellbeing. Dawn is a great believer in maintaining a healthy work life balance and champions this philosophy on a daily basis, her doctoral studies very much has this ethos at the heart of her work.
