I am senior lecturer and course lead for the BSc (Hons) in Nursing Practice (Child) at Staffordshire University. I have a wide range of experience within general paediatric settings including medical, surgical and high dependency before working as a Children’s Oncology specialist nurse. Prior to joining Staffordshire University, I also held a post as a Clinical Educator in a busy Children’s department, which sparked my passion for nurse education. My current interests are developing effective online learning strategies, providing effective student support, clinical supervision, debriefing and continually improving the student experience.
