I am currently Associate Director of Nursing for Surgery and Critical care at North Middlesex University Hospital part of the Royal Free London group, where I lead a broad portfolio of services within the surgical division and hold responsibility for hospital wide services. I am the chair of the British Association of critical care nurses (BACCN) and a clinical academic, author and advocate for evidence based critical care nursing practice.
