Lucie is an Associate Professor in Nursing at Kingston University and is the programme lead for the Foundation Degree Nursing Associate. She has been involved with the Nursing Associate programme since it was first introduced, and was the Course Director for one of the first wave pilot programmes. Lucie led the team which won the Student Nursing Times Award in 2019 for Nursing Associate Training Programme Provider of the Year. Lucie continues to teach on the Foundation Degree Nursing Associate, as well as across the BSc and MSc programmes within the School of Nursing, with a particular focus on Acute and Critical Care.
