Dr Dilla Davis is a lecturer at Kings College, London, in the Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative Care, where she is the program lead of BSc Nursing studies (Hons), in partnership with Ngee Ann Academy, Singapore. She is engaged in education of undergraduates, postgraduate post qualified students and research. She led the research and co-led the campaign to ease the registration process for overseas nurses which spearheaded a major change in registration policy of the Nursing and Midwifery Council. The work was awarded 2023 HSJ workforce initiative of the year award. She also received King’s Research impact Award.
