Once qualified I took up a role in Intensive Care at Cardiff University Hospital in Wales. In 1997 I moved to West Hertfordshire NHS Trust Intensive Care Unit. Over the years I move through the different roles culminating in me taking up the post of the Matron for Intensive Care. In 2014, I moved to a corporate role as the Quality Lead Nurse leading on many Trust wide initiatives. After 22 years at West Hertfordshire Trust I move to Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust as the Head of Nursing for Integrated Medicine which encompasses the Accident and Emergency department
