Claire Nadaf is currently a Senior Lecturer overseeing the CPD portfolio at Bournemouth University. She has worked in the field of workforce development for several years developing innovative and contemporary nurse education responsive to the needs of the health service. A Registered Nurse since 1994, Claire has worked both in the clinical and academic setting during her career. Claire is a Doctoral Student with a thesis entitled “Nurses’ use of the National early warning Score: a phenomenological study” and is the co-author of the recently launched E-Learning for Health Recognising and Managing Deterioration Programme.
